FlySmart is a mobile application developed by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) that provides its users with a convenient way to lodge complaints against airlines, airbus, and other travel companies in Malaysia. This app is designed to give the public greater transparency and an improved complaint-lodging process. Users will be able to register with their e-mail addresses, names, and phone numbers to create a FlySmart account. Once your account is established, you will be able to travel with greater peace of mind knowing that your complaint will be protected by the new FlySmart app. The new app is designed to provide its users with more information on the status of their complaints, their progress throughout the complaint-lodging process, and the ability to take photos and upload documents to assist with the process.
